Fulltime/Part-time dayporter / groundskeeper for commercial shopping centers. Must be able to communicate
well in English. Candidates must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. Must have a reliable vehicle, a valid
driver's license and clean driving record.
Duties include are but are not limited to:
Remove canned litter and change out trash can liners daily
Wipe down trash cans to remove debris
Clean up landscaped areas of trash, cigarette butts, etc.
Remove all trash from parking lots and sidewalks
Clean minor litter in dumpster areas
Clean under-canopy lights as needed
Monitor under canopy and keep free from cobwebs and excess dirt
Wipe down window mullions and door frames
Remove all flyers, posters, and advertisements placed on landscaped areas, doors, windows, signs, and
light poles
Return stray carts to respective stores
Take photos of graffiti, excessive trash, large cardboard boxes, furniture, appliances, etc. that have been
dumped, and report to management for further instruction.
Working hours are mornings, Monday-Friday, weekends, or both
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
