Position Overview
We are seeking a Field Team Lead to play a vital role in our restoration efforts. This position is key in ensuring the smooth operation of every project, from overseeing pack-outs and cleaning to supporting customer satisfaction. The Field Team Lead will manage daily tasks, maintain clear communication, and help the team meet project goals. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a customer-first mindset are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Pack-Out Coordination: Lead the organization, packing, and transportation of clients’ belongings for restoration. Ensure all items are safely handled, documented, and well-preserved.
Cleaning Management: Oversee and support the cleaning process, ensuring the team delivers top-quality restoration services on textiles, electronics, and other items in a timely manner.
Team Support: Provide ongoing operational support to the restoration team, ensuring they have the resources and information needed to complete their work efficiently.
Scheduling & Logistics: Coordinate appointments, site visits, and timelines with clients and internal teams. Ensure that deadlines are met and service expectations are exceeded.
Documentation & Reporting: Ensure all job-related documentation is completed and accurate, including job notes, inventories, and special instructions for the team.
Problem-Solving: Address any issues or delays during the restoration process and work with the team and homeowners to resolve them swiftly.
