Evening/night work
$30/hr average (based on flat rate according to average time spent)
No cash under the table. Must have legal work papers/tin or ein number/and must have a bank account here in the u.s.
This is a 1099 position. If you don’t have experience being 1099 or don’t know what that means then please don’t reply to this ad. You will be asked to sign our Sub-contractors agreement and a waiver or workman’s compensation.
Cleaning experience and references required. We will be calling your references.

Reliable transportation required. Need someone reliable who’s going to show up and do a good job each and every time.

Now that we’re through the hard stuff, here’s the good stuff.
We have plenty of work available. 7 nights a week. We are flexible and can sit down with you to discuss a schedule that works for you. We clean 4 commercial properties in the Highlands Ranch area:

3 nights / week
3 nights / week
Possible 7 nights / week according to bookings
All supplies provided.
The work mainly consists of floors/trash/bathrooms. Mopping and trash may be difficult for older ones. Please come prepared to work. The job isn’t hard for anyone under 50 yrs but may be challenging for anyone older.
Any combination of hours and evenings is available at this time. First come first serve when it comes to getting the ideal schedule.
According to the schedule we work out with you, you maybe be cleaning multiple facilities in a single night. You may be only cleaning 1 facility per night. Each property only takes about 2 hours. So this may mean you work 2 hours some evenings, or up to 8 hours other evenings.
Again, right now we have ultimate availability for you to choose your perfect schedule. First come first serve. Let us know your schedule and income needs. We’ll see if we can make sure this job is a perfect fit for you and for me.
Anywhere from 4 - 20 hrs / week according to your needs and availability.
Results in range from $550 - $2100 / month according to your needs and availability.
Direct deposit. Job starts June 1st. First paycheck will not be until July 1st due to first time processing. Then direct deposit every two weeks. At the end of our working relationship you will have one delayed paycheck coming 2 weeks after your finish date.
