Scope of Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform repairs in Production Homes and Occupied Homes.
- All Technicians will be expected to work in occupied homes, No exceptions.
- Cabinet Tech to do Touch ups, repairs, and finish small installs and various builder punch items.
- Responsible for removing and replacing damaged or defective parts as requested by CFC or Contractors/homeowners.
- Responsible for Install walks, reporting issues or incomplete work from the installer directly to the GM’s. Taking photos for CFC records, documenting material counts & damaged product to GM’s.
- Communicate with homeowners or contractors regarding repairs and replacements in a professional manner.
-Maintain company vehicle and tools.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cabinet Technician or similar role preferred.
- Must be presentable and professional to customers.
- Proactive, Self-motivated, demonstrate Problem-solving skills.
- Time management. Must be on time to appointments and be able to adjust to unforeseen schedule changes.
- Ability to use hand tools effectively and safely.
- Clean driving record. Must possess a valid and clean driving license and be able to be insured by Company Insurance to operate company vehicles.

Schedule:
7am-4pm. (Hours may vary depending on workload)
Monday through Friday.
Weekends as needed.
