Are you an organized and detail-oriented professional with a passion for human resources and office management? We are seeking a dedicated Office Manager to join our dynamic team. We are a leading landscape construction company committed to quality and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resource Management

- Oversee recruitment processes, onboarding, off boarding and employee relations.

- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws.

- Develop, implement and manage all HR policies and procedures.

Party Planning

- Coordinate, plan and manage all company events, employee gatherings, and team-building activities. This includes all supplies , entertainment and more.

- Collaborate with team members and vendors to ensure successful event execution.

Insurance Training

- Administer and organize training programs related to employee benefits and insurance.

- Serve as the point of contact for employee inquiries regarding insurance plans.

Safety Management

- Implement and oversee safety programs and training for all employees.

- Conduct regular safety audits and maintain safety compliance records.

General Office Management

- Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.

- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, managing supplies, and maintaining office organization.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in office management or human resources, preferably in the construction or landscaping industry.

- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.

- Knowledge of safety regulations and training practices is a plus.
