Legal Recruitment Coordinator

Top 100 global law firm is seeking a Legal Recruiting Specialist for their Denver office location. At least 2-3 years of attorney and/or professional staff recruiting experience is required. Law firm experience is a big plus. Job Duties: Review resumes, screen applicants, and forward qualified candidates to the hiring committee. Schedule virtual and onsite interviews. Assist with planning diversity-focused events and law student events. Coordinate the setup of onsite recruiting events. Help plan and manage the firm's internship program. Facilitate the offer process and organize outreach and follow-up meetings. Work with legal search firms on lateral associate hiring. Track annual departmental budget. Maintain official recruiting records. Attend various conferences and recruiting events. Requirements: Minimum of 2-3 years of attorney and/or professional staff recruiting experience. Must have event planning experience. Law firm experience preferred. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Applicant tracking software (ATS) and/or HR software experience preferred. Strong computer skills and proficiency in all Microsoft Office programs. Applicants must currently reside in the Denver metro area and be able to commute to the firm's office in downtown Denver. Salary of $70,000 - $83,000 commensurate with experience.
