Pay: $40–$45/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Semi-flexible | Wednesdays–Fridays | 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Part-Time Assistant Director of Nursing. This position plays a key leadership role in ensuring clinical excellence and regulatory compliance within our home health operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct new client intakes and initial assessments
Perform supervisory visits for field staff
Assist with training and ongoing education for caregivers and nursing staff
Manage clinical documentation including MD orders and authorizations
Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care
Provide case management and ensure quality of care is upheld
Assist the Director of Nursing and Administrator with administrative and operational tasks
All necessary training will be provided by the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
Qualifications:
Active RN License in the State of Colorado (Required)
Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation (Required)
Smart phone with internet access
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
Previous home health experience preferred, but not required
