Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Therapist located in the Denver Metropolitan Area. The Therapist will conduct offense-specific evaluations and provide therapeutic treatment to clients. Day-to-day tasks include developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, maintaining detailed case documentation, conducting individual and group therapy sessions, and working closely with probation and parole officers. The Therapist will also be responsible for ensuring client accountability and participating in professional development to stay informed about best practices and advancements in the field. Starting Salary is $56,485, may also have contract work available for part-time.

Qualifications

Experience in individual and group therapy

Skills in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans

Proficiency in maintaining detailed case documentation

Ability to work closely with probation and parole officers

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build therapeutic relationships

Understanding of offense-specific evaluation and treatment

Experience in mental health or a related field is beneficial

Master’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required

Licensure or certification in Colorado as a therapist (LPC, LCSW, or LMFT) is preferred
