Center for Wellness is a growing dynamic med spa that includes weight loss services, hormone balancing. Looking for an experienced Front Desk Administrative Assistant with experience who works well in a fast-paced environment and has strong attention to detail to join our team. And help nurture our practice as we move from traditional medicine to a wellness membership model. The position is full-time, Monday to Friday including 1 to 2 Saturdays a month.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Exceptional interpersonal skills to assist and reassure patients.
Answering phones, scheduling and rescheduling appointments
Customer Service
Responds to calls, provides information or direction, documents clear & accurate messages
Ensure patient files are current, verify ID and insurance
Collect patient photos & uploads electronically
Maintains a stocked & organized space and waiting area.
Ability to multi-task
Scheduling
Proficient with Computers
Maintains Sensitivity and Confidentiality (HIPPA, OSHA)
Creating a positive experience by welcoming and assisting clinic patients.
Preparing patient files by obtaining personal and health information.
Maintaining patient data records for evaluation and health insurance purposes.
Performing minor diagnostic tests and procedures as directed by healthcare professionals.
Promoting patient safety by maintaining a clean and hygienic environment.
Guiding patients through the clinic's various facilities and procedures.
Knowledge of healthcare practices, standards, and medical terminology.
Advanced record-keeping abilities and proficiency in related software, such as ModMed
Qualifications:
-1 year Minimum – Medical Front office or direct patient Care
