Job Title: Enrollment/Billing Senior Representative
Location: Denver, CO 80202 (Hybrid)
Duration: 9 Months
Payrate: $18.49/hourly
We are seeking a skilled Direct Deposit Specialist to join our team.
Responsibilities(overview):
In this role, you will be responsible for managing specific delegated tasks related to Electronic Funds Transfer, assigned by the team supervisor.
Your primary focus will be the set up and maintenance of Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) for Health Care Providers (HCP), Brokers and Members.
Key Responsibilities:
Process delegated Direct Deposit tasks efficiently and accurately Provide comprehensive financial support for banking and billing functions.
Manage banking information from providers, business partners and members Resolve payment fallout promptly and accurately.
Utilize available tools to prevent and manage risks effectively.
Maintain clear and professional communication with providers, members, matrix partners, and partner banks regarding payment information.
Collaborate closely with other teams to address checks and EFT issues promptly.
Must have the ability to work independently Research reported check fraud issues.
Analyse reporting to determine discrepancies and make appropriate corrections.
Ensure timely replacement payments are made after an EFT failure.
Manage 9-month outstanding checks, age void check requests & check copy requests.
