Your role will involve maintaining a professional work environment, driving the team to achieve daily goals, and implementing existing systems crucial for our practice's success. By ensuring smooth operations, you'll enable our doctors and associates to focus solely on patient care during clinical hours. Effective communication and strategic planning are key to motivating the team. We prefer candidates with at least 3 years of management experience, with a preference for those with experience in dental or clinical management. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Maintain regular communication with the owner doctor, providing daily updates via email on production, urgent matters, and daily goals.

Efficiently manage daily schedule to maximize production acting as the gatekeeper of the schedule.

Lead and manage the team, handling tasks from planning team events to hiring, firing, and onboarding new members. Address employee relation concerns and conduct performance management.

Handle Accounts Receivable through insurance claims management and oversee patient refunds.

Audit previous day's production numbers and update Daily Monitors accordingly.

Implement and update the company’s current Standard Operating Procedures to facilitate onboarding of new team members.

Oversee vendors and patient care concerns in coordination with Front and Back Office Leads, ensuring timely payment of invoices and managing office expenses.

HR duties include updating office policies, mediating employee concerns, and managing employee schedules and payroll.

Supervise all marketing activities, tracking daily referrals and managing associated expenses to stay within budget.

Serve as the primary contact for vendor services, maintenance, supplies, equipment, bills, errands, and shopping.

Complete any additional tasks assigned by Dr. Read.

Extensive experience in Accounts Receivables and Dental Insurance processes: In-depth knowledge of financial processes in the dental industry is highly valued.

Ability to delegate and empower team members: Must be excellent at multi-tasking. We seek a candidate who can delegate tasks effectively, nurturing leadership potential within the team and preventing overload for the Office Manager.
