DAY TO DAY:
The Dental Hygienist efficiently and professionally provides the most optimal prophylaxis and non-surgical periodontal treatment to patients. The Dental Hygienist is also responsible for educating patients on their periodontal condition and the steps the patient must take to ensure good oral health and hygiene.
The performance of the Dental Hygienist is measured by positive patient response to prophylactic and periodontal treatment, the successful completion of daily responsibilities, as well as the display of initiative in requesting additional responsibilities and education.
A successful Dental Hygienist continues to improve themselves through continued education and increased responsibility.
We are seeking someone with strong interpersonal skills who can educate and advocate for our patients. Excellent time management, ability to work independently within a team environment, and willingness to learn continuously are necessary qualifications. We will provide LBR and CO2 Laser training and certification.
