Join our team as a Patient Coordinator in a brand new, aesthetically beautiful, state of the art dental office! We just completed a huge renovation and space addition with brand new dental equipment and quiet, closed door operatories to help keep our staff and patients safe during the pandemic!

This position is from 7-3pm Monday-Thursday, allowing you to enjoy 3-day weekends, and/or have additional income options. Benefits and recognition: hourly compensation is based on prior experience, 3-day weekends, 2 weeks paid vacation, paid government holidays (6 per year), 401k, quarterly bonus opportunities, and dental care (minus lab fee).
Position and responsibilities: Running and managing the day to day flow of a busy dental practice. Responsibilities include checking in patients, insurance verification, scheduling patients, patient confirmations, developing treatment plans, developing payment plans, answering phones, accurately and effectively answering/solving billing questions. Previous customer service is required, and dental front desk experience is preferred.
