Full job description
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): Supports patients in carrying out daily activities, including serving meals. Aids in mobility by helping patients walk, as well as safely transferring them between different locations, such as from bed to chair.
Personal Hygiene Care: Assists with maintaining patients' personal hygiene by helping them with showers as needed. Supports walking patients to the restroom. Offers thorough skin care and ensures patients are kept clean and comfortable at all times, promoting overall well-being.
Execution of Plan of Care: Delivers services as outlined in the patient's individualized plan of care, ensuring all tasks are carried out within the scope of duties permitted by state law. Demonstrates a strong understanding of and adherence to the policies and procedures of the agency, ensuring quality care is provided in accordance with regulatory standards.
Reports changes in the patient's condition and needs to the appropriate personnel.
Reports any variance, accident or unusual occurrence to the appropriate personnel.
Assists with medications
Performs other duties as assigned.

Pay: $17-$24 per hour based on experience and care plan
