Job Title: Bilingual (Spanish/ English) Optician (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Position Summary:
We are looking for a talented and customer-focused individual who is fluent in both English and Spanish to fill the role of Optician. In this position, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and fitting eyeglasses and contact lenses, providing expert advice on lens selection, and ensuring the overall satisfaction of our clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
-Assist customers in selecting frames and lenses that best suit their visual needs, style preferences, and budget.
-Conduct precise measurements and fittings to ensure proper lens alignment and fit.
-Educate customers on lens options, coatings, and other features to enhance their visual experience.
-Process orders accurately and efficiently, including verifying prescriptions and ensuring timely delivery of products.
-Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.
-Maintain inventory levels, organize displays, and keep the optical area clean and organized.
Qualifications:
-Previous experience in an optical setting, with knowledge of frame styling, lens options, and optical terminology.
-Fluent in Spanish & English.
-Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
-Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
-Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
