Under the Sun Pub & Pizza is hiring General Managers, Asst. General Managers and Managers on Duty.
Under the Sun Pub & Pizza is part of the Mountain Sun Family of restaurants. It features a more elevated menu and vibe. The chef-driven menu features entrees, wood-fired pizzas, and some of the Mountain Sun classic burgers and wings.

OVERVIEW:
A General Manager is, in short, tasked with supporting the overall operation of the pub. A business is a living, organic entity, so the job is constantly changing as the business's needs change. An assistant general manager needs to be organized, diligent, and flexible to successfully negotiate the day-to-day operations of our living, organic brewpubs. Their actions, words, and thoughts color our guests' experiences and set an example for the entire staff.
GM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have 2+ years prior restaurant management experience
Manage the overall operational, budgetary, and financial responsibilities and activities of the pub
Recruit, interview, select, hire, and employ an appropriate number of employees
Coach, mentor, and develop staff as well as on-board and terminate
Must have a robust skill set in all areas of the pub and the ability to multitask with a sense of urgency.
Must possess leadership presence with staff, MODs, general managers, and owners.
Must have a direct and sensitive communication style.
Must be an ambassador of our company with our guests and the public.
Must have good hygiene and a professional appearance.
Must be willing to step up and work through conflict for the mutual benefit of all involved.
Must have excellent organizational skills.
Must demonstrate a vast sense of commitment to the pub.
Must be versatile on Mac computers and software.

Salary: $52,500 to $85,000
