-Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
-Uphold food safety and sanitation standards at all times
Requirements:
-Proven experience as a sushi chef, specializing in Japanese cuisine
-Proficiency in sushi-making techniques, including knife skills and sushi rice preparation
-Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
-Excellent communication and teamwork skills
