High Point Creamery is looking for awesome shift leaders for our Central Park location. Do you love ice cream? Working with the best team in all of ice cream? Keeping your shop organized, sparkling and smelling like waffle cones? Scooping and serving ice cream to great customers? Then this is the job for you! Must have night and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and direct a team of ice cream shop employees during your shift.
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally.
-Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience.
-Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the shop, including freezers, serving areas, and restrooms.
-Handle cash and process payments accurately.
-Prepare daily sales reports and balance cash drawers.
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
Qualifications:
-Must be at least 18 years of age
-Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
A Shift Lead is crucial in ensuring the efficient operation of the shop and delivering a delightful experience to customers. They serve as a point of contact between staff and management, making sure that daily operations run smoothly and customers leave satisfied.
