Pizza Republica is looking for a manager/marketing director for our rapidly expanding company. A year ago we opened Fitness Chef Pro at Club Greenwood and now we are about to start another project called Taco Arabes, an authentic Mexican taqueria in DTC. We need a positive/ driven individual who can help us develop our marketing and social media department.
Our ideal candidate would have restaurant management experience with knowledge of marketing and social media along with:
Sales Leadership: Drive sales growth by creating and implementing strategic sales plans, developing relationships with
guests and team members.
Market Growth & Expansion: Identify and pursue potential business opportunities to grow market share.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decision-making. This includes
forecasting demand, understanding market trends, and identifying growth opportunities.
Experience with digital marketing, social media, content marketing, local marketing, and in-store marketing
