Responsibilities
Manage shifts which include: daily decision making, scheduling, planning while upholding standards, product
quality and cleanliness
Provide leadership and direction to a team of people
Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, and health department requirements
Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas
Provide strong presence in the local community and high level of community involvement by restaurant and
personnel
Manage operations of business
Maintain and increase repeat business
Recruit and train new hires on business practices
Drive development of employees
Ensure that quality of work or service is maintained
Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets
Ensure a healthy, safe, and harassment-free work environment
Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports
promptly in the event that a guest or employee is injured

Qualifications
Must have 2+ years of Food and Beverage Management experience
Must have genuine hospitality
Must be able to work well under pressure and be self-motivated.
Must have Organizational & Time Management skills
Strong Communication and Marketing skills
Position requires sitting, handling, eye-hand coordination, walking, standing, stooping, and kneeling. This position may on occasion be required to assist with set up which may require the lifting, carrying, pulling or pushing of up to 50 pounds.
