Renegade Burrito is seeking a prep/ line person. Duties include prep, working on the front line rolling burritos, cashiering and cooking, and cleaning.
Morning hours, 3 to 5 days per week depending upon availability.
Job duties include:
Setting up and sanitizing workstations.
Following prep lists created by manager.
Measuring ingredients and seasonings, and preparing cooking ingredients.
Ensuring all food items are properly stored.
Supervising food and cooling room temperatures.
Maintaining a clean, orderly, and sanitized kitchen.
Clean up after food preparation is completed.
Dishwashing
Helping on the front line as needed- Rolling Burritos, cashiering
English is necessary to work on the line. Bi-lingual is a plus.
