Growing wholesale bakery seeking reliable evening baker.
Hours: 8pm - 4am
Responsibilities include: proofing and baking of laminated pastry, production of scones, muffins, cookies and tea cakes, as well as packaging of products once properly cooled.
Experience is preferred, but not necessary. Attitude and reliability are far more important. Applicants with sustained success working night shifts will receive priority. This position has huge growth potential for the right individual.
