-sushi chefs must have sufficient sushi experiences/skills, able to perform multiple tasks in the rapid pace working environment, work in coordination with other chefs and responsible for daily prep works and respectful with co-workers. and must be able to read and speak English. Must be able to work on weekends.
-sushi apprentices must have basic knife skill, able to work among rapid pace environment, work in coordination with chefs and responsible for daily prep works and respectful with co-workers. Passionate about improving your sushi skills.
