Stella's Coffee Haus has been serving quality, ethically sourced coffee since 1991. We are about to launch our beer and wine program and we are looking to grow our team.
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
-We are hiring for both morning and evening staff or a mix of both.
-We are looking for people with at least two years of barista experience and/or three years of experience in hospitality.
SKILLS REQUIRED
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
-Ability to follow all safe food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
-Good memory to manage multiple orders simultaneously and recall faces, names, and preferences of frequent patrons.
-Ability to serve customers quickly, efficiently, and kindly.
SOME OF THE RESPONSIBILITIES
-Prepares and serves hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, beer, and wine to patrons; correctly customizes orders as requested.
-Describe product details to customers.
-Receive and process customer payments.
-Serve prepared foods and baked goods
-Ensures customer service stations are properly stocked with paper products or beverage preparation items.
-Cleans and sanitizes all equipment, utensils, dishes, and work areas.
-Cleans and sanitizes service and seating areas.
-Stocks supplies or retail products
