Looking to add one to our Kitchen for the summer season and beyond. Escape Denver's summer heat and head up the mountains to Pine, CO only 20 minutes from the 285/470 split. Crossroads Pub & Grill is a high volume but low pressure restaurant serving smoked meats, grilled items & Pizza. We are looking for someone who is competent and can fulfill multiple roles in the kitchen and is able to move from smoking meats, to pizza, to prep and to cook on the line.
You need to be able to communicate effectively and work with the kitchen staff. Keep the kitchen clean and improve upon the standards in place/ You will be compensated for what you bring to the restaurant from wages to bonuses.
As a restaurant we are a close knit group consisting of a small staff that work a lot of hours. While we are a tight knit family it is easy to fit in if you have the right attitude and work ethic.
