The 49th, a neighborhood bar and restaurant featuring Alaskan inspired food and drinks, is looking for full time line cooks at both of our Denver and Littleton locations!
Line cooks will have great experience on all areas of the line (grill, fry, sauté) and the ability to complete additional duties such as:
Helping to maintain a well organized and clean BOH space.
Adhering to public health code and following proper methods and procedures.
Reading and following recipes for prepping menu items.
Keeping a positive attitude during high volume times.
Compensation includes tips.
Our Littleton location is located at 5350 S Santa Fe Dr, Unit F, Littleton CO 80120.
Our Denver location is located at 4550 S Kipling Pkwy, Suite 6, Denver C0 80127.
