Available Positions:
1. Line Cook:
Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food handling and be passionate about culinary arts. This position offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic kitchen environment.
Duties:
Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
Assist in cooking and preparing menu items according to set recipes
Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
Ensure great presentation by dressing dishes before they are served
Keep a sanitized and orderly environment in the kitchen
Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
Monitor stock levels and communicate with supervisors as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a restaurant or kitchen setting
Knowledge of health and safety rules in a kitchen environment
Understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
Accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks
Familiarity with industry best practices
2. Morning Opener (Cleaning and Setup):
Overview:
We are seeking a responsible individual to join our morning team as an Opener. This position involves cleaning and setting up the restaurant for the day ahead.
Duties:
Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
Set up tables, chairs, and other equipment as needed
Ensure restrooms are clean and stocked with necessary supplies
Assist with receiving deliveries and stocking inventory
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
Ability to work early morning shifts and start the day with energy and enthusiasm
Prior experience in cleaning or janitorial roles is preferred but not required
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Wages:
Competitive wages starting between $18.29-$22 per hour, depending on experience and position.
