High Point Creamery is growing and that means we're looking to expand our amazing teams. We are looking for leaders who have a hustle in their step, bright smiles, and a love of ice cream they want to share with their neighborhood. We love making ice cream for the city that loves to eat it.
Do you love ice cream? Working with the best team in all of ice cream? Keeping your shop organized, sparkling and smelling like waffle cones? Scooping and serving ice cream to great customers? Then this is the job for you! Must have night and weekend availability.
Responsibilities:
-Lead and direct a team of ice cream shop employees
-Greet and assist customers in a friendly and courteous manner
-Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints effectively and professionally
-Ensure a positive and memorable customer experience
-Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the shop, including freezers, serving areas, and restrooms
-Handle cash and process payments accurately
-Prepare daily sales reports and balance cash drawers
-Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards
-Prepare deposits and change orders
-Make schedules on a weekly basis
