-Hotline (Saute, Grill, Flat-top, Fry)
-Sushi roll or Kimbap making (fast and efficient maki roller)
-Japanese or Korean or Chinese cuisine experience
-Korean cuisine experience is
-Cutting vegetable, Butchery (fabricating whole part)
-Able to use food process machine (Bend saw, Slicer, food processor)
-Fast worker and able to follow recipe and procedure
Optional skill & prefer
-Korean Speaking
we are looking for someone who take culinary seriously and making differences in kitchen
English speaking is Must (Enough to work in kitchen communication)
