Being a part of The Real Dill team means that you work 8:30-5:30 Monday through Friday and have nights, weekends, and paid holidays off.

The Real Dill has been in business for thirteen years, and our products are sold and served in over 1,000 accounts in over 45 states across the country. You can find our products at local stores including most liquor stores, Marczyk Fine Foods, Tony's Market, Whole Foods, Natural Grocers, and restaurants including Snooze, Mercantile, The Bindery, Safta, and more. We are a small company with less than 10 employees, and we make everything 100% from scratch and by hand.

Our production team makes everything 100% from scratch. That means washing, cutting and preparing raw vegetables, filling and packing jars, packaging and labeling, and working in a team environment to meet production goals and quality standards.
Minimum qualifications:
- Must have a positive attitude!
- Must be available during the times and days listed above
- Must be able to lift 60 lbs
- Must be comfortable working on your feet for 8 hours per day
- Must be able to perform repetitive tasks
- Must have a positive attitude and work well with other people
- Must be detail oriented
- Must be reliable and show up on time
- Must be able to pass a background check
- 18 years of age or older
Preferred qualifications:
- Great at multi-tasking and problem solving
- Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
- Be curious about and interested in food and cooking
- Experience working in a kitchen or food manufacturing environment
