Job Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and attentive service to all customers, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Prepare sandwiches, salads and menu items according to our recipes and standards.
- Slice, weigh, and package meats and cheeses with precision and care.
- Assist customers in selecting the perfect ingredients and products from our shelves.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the deli counter, dining area, and grocery shelves.
- Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines. Uphold the highest standards of quality.
Qualifications:
- Passion for fresh cuisine, with a genuine enthusiasm for sharing it with others.
- Previous experience in a deli, grocery, or food service environment preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering top-notch customer service.
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
