Cafe Brazil, a small South American restaurant in the Berkley/Highland neighborhood of North Denver is looking for experienced FOH with a minimum of 2 years of referenced fine dinning experience. Knowledge of brigade service helpful.
Server and bar Positions require a strong fast candidate, with an existing knowledge of front of the house operations and protocol. Fluency in customer service; where proven wine, beverage, communication and sales skills are required. Dinner only 4:00 p.m. to Closing. Sundays, Mondays and Tuesdays are free. Part time available.
Must be quality orientated, clean, presentable, fast and capable. An emphasis on opening and closing sidework and teamwork are essential.
Being well traveled and bilingual with a passion for food and wine is a plus. Charm, etiquette and friendly disposition a must.
