Hourly Managers are held accountable for the operations of the restaurant and supporting the management team. An Hourly Manager is a role provided to experienced employees who have shown leadership and responsibility. It is a role that provides an opportunity for individuals to experience being a member of the management team. Being an Hourly Manager does not guarantee any advancement in your career to being an Asst. Manager, but it does provide an opportunity for learning more about our restaurants including Standard Operating Procedures and Policies.
