We are looking for the ideal bartender to join our team One Day A Week with occasional pickup shifts. Shifts could include a combination of day, evening and/or weekends, whatever works best for you.

- Great earning potential. Our sales will be increasing greatly this year and with great reviews and experience, tips will be very competitive.
- Don’t need to split tips with large staff. Red Rocks Beer Garden will not be full service. No servers, wait or kitchen staff to split tips with. Just 3 other bartenders on staff.
- Fun, exciting atmosphere. Customers that are friendly, in a good mood and super excited to be outdoors or attending a Red Rocks Concert. Ability to get outside during shift. We have a 4.8 on Google.
What is expected as a Red Rocks Beer Garden teammate?
- Integrity. It is critical that bartending teammates have integrity to make the right decisions, do what is best for the Beer Garden, always striving to improve the experience for customers, dependable and trustworthy.
- Friendly and Positive Attitude. ALWAYS friendly and positive no matter the situation
- Fast and Efficient. Give customers the best experience by serving them quickly and efficiently, never allowing large line or complaints to occur.
- Flexibility. With a small team (3 other bartenders) it is imperative you are flexible in handling all duties in a given shift. And flexible to cover for others due to vacation or being sick.
