Answer customer questions about coffee options, brewing methods, and menu items. Coffee Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of different processing, roasts, origins, and flavor profiles. Equipment Care: Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment with precision and cleanliness. Report any equipment issues promptly to the management team.
