What You’ll Do:
Support the General Manager in daily operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
Lead, inspire, and develop team members to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
Uphold our standards for quality, cleanliness, and food safety.
Assist in scheduling, inventory management, and financial performance.
What We’re Looking For:
Strong leadership and communication skills. Bilingual Required ( Spanish/English)
Experience in restaurant or hospitality management (Required).
A passion for creating exceptional experiences for both guests and team members.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
