Join our team of professionals in delivering strategic and tactical guidance to senior leadership in support of pursuit development efforts.Work you ll doAs a Technology Innovation Architect on our team you will:Have direct accountability for the following aspects of the GPS Pursuit Center of Excellence (PCOE) group operations:

Lead current and future initiatives supporting pursuit management, providing advice and guidance to PCOE leadership on technology upgrades, technology development, and maintenanceMake significant contributions to the development and continuous improvement of proposal management processes, tools, and templatesWork directly with PCOE leadership in the execution of the GPS Pursuit Methodology process and leading technologies

Provide the leadership, methodologies, procedures, tools, and templates to support GPS proposal development and opportunity reporting efforts

Provide leadership to a diversity of technology related projects

Act as the central point of contact for technology applications

Evaluate current usage of firm-approved toolsManage current proposal-related toolsDemonstrate and contribute techniques and experienceDevelop tools and processes to maintain proposal management artifactsParticipate in/facilitate regular audit of pursuit proposal lifecycle tools analysis Drive schedule and time management of activities associated with knowledge management processesFacilitate completion of compliance and administrative forms for proposal group tools

Lead and collaborate with teams for user acceptance testing of updated and new tools

Manage team members (of various specialties and at various levels of seniority) to test tools that meet the needs of the PCOEDemonstrate the ability to bring creativity and original thinking to projects

Contribute to the development of PCOE tool initiatives

Collaborate with proposal team members on technology enhancements, to include but not limited to, Project Tracker, templates, and SharePoint Support positive teambuildingTake training as appropriate on new / enhanced technologies Develop and lead training sessions for new technologies, upgrades and enhancementsCounsel and/or mentors PCOE team members on technology advancements, as appropriateDevelop and share leading practices with PCOE team members
