This role involves providing technical support, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in protected membrane roofing and waterproofing systems, excellent sales skills, and the ability to communicate complex technical information effectively. Identify and develop new business opportunities within the low slope roofing and waterproofing market.Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, consultants, and building owners.Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients and industry professionals.Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives.Provide technical assistance and support to customers regarding product selection, application, and installation.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and project progress.Prepare and submit regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and customer feedback.
