Summer Internships

We are hiring a variety of Interns for Summer 2025 to help our different business teams with various admin tasks and business processes. You will get an opportunity to attend Lunch and Learn events with leaders from the organization, gain valuable experience at a publicly traded real estate investment company, and build relationships with leaders. You will work at our Corporate Office located in the heart of the Denver Tech Center.A bit more about what you’ll do…Providing administrative support for your supporting business groupCustomer ServiceTrack project resultsAttend team meetingsProvide reports/updates Data entryDepartments seeking interns MAY include:Operations SupportGovernment Relations/Risk (time will be split supporting these two departments on a weekly basis to account for a full time summer internship opportunity)ProcurementRevenue Management/FinanceTransactions/FinanceAnalytics/FinanceITInternships generally take place May-August with flexibility to school semester end dates and fall start dates. Twelve full weeks minimum commitment. Schedule generally expected to be 35-40 hours per week, Monday-Friday.
