Lead and deliver complex consulting projects utilizing Discrete Event Simulation to model, analyze, and optimize manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain operations.Engage directly with clients to define objectives, gather requirements, and develop tailored simulation models to address specific business challenges.Conduct in-depth data analysis, identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement across manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain systems.Develop simulation models and scenarios to forecast potential outcomes and inform decision-making in areas such as production scheduling, inventory management, distribution, and capacity planning.Collaborate with stakeholders (including senior leadership, operations, and IT teams) to ensure the integration of simulation findings into actionable business strategies.Provide expert guidance in process reengineering, change management, and implementation of operational best practices for improved efficiency and profitability.Present simulation results, findings, and recommendations to clients through clear, data-driven reports and executive presentations.Train and mentor clients on how to use and apply DES software.Stay current with industry trends, simulation software advancements, and best practices to ensure high-quality service delivery.
