updating benefit review requests, performs reviews on patient accounts in a
pending status, researches electronic claims rejections, and resolves
deficiencies related to contract clinic miss matches. This role requires
strong organizational and communication skills. Must have the ability to
multitask and navigate through high volumes of work proficiently and
accurately. Participates in meetings with other departmental teams and
committees as necessary to facilitate solutions on registration issues. Works
independently as needed and as part of a team to foster a positive work
environment. Understands and follows DaVita and department safety and security
policies. This position reports to the Supervisor, Patient Accounting (Lab)
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Reviews and completes benefit update requests from other Patient Accounting
teammates that are added into the A/R system as a benefit review
Performs monthly reviews on all patient pending accounts that are in a pending
insurance status
Research electronic claims rejections and responds with the appropriate action
in a timely manner
Resolves deficiencies related to a contract clinic mismatch ensuring the
timely and accurate submissions of claims for payment

Qualifications:
0 to 2 years of experience
High School Diploma
(1) Year healthcare reimbursement experience required, working
specifically with patient registration required
Intermediate proficiency in MS office: Excel, Word , and Outlook required
This People Services (PS) position is an integral member of the leadership
team for assigned segments of the business, acting as the trusted advisor on
strategic human resources (HR) and other matters which impact business
results.Key Responsibilities:
Ensure PS activities are aligned with DaVita's culture, values, and
mission, executing on PS strategy to support the needs of the business
Partner with other corporate PS functions (e.g., Teammate Relations,
