Senior Software Test Engineer

Develop and execute test plans and test cases for our software and hardware systems.Work alongside leadership to manage the test plan and implementation of the test framework.Lead test campaigns spanning spacecraft flight and ground systems,Participate in design and code reviews to ensure that software meets quality standards.Create and execute system level verification, validation, integration, and test plans.Drive the improvement of software testing tools and processes.Rapidly prototype software to prove out design concepts and participate in development of hardware-in-the-loop systems.Collaborate with internal partner organizations and third-party organizations.Assess software and system issues to find solutions, including across software-hardware interfaces.Embody a culture of innovation, technical excellence and continuous improvement.
