Inspired people, amazing designs, and projects with purpose.Job DescriptionOlsson provides multidisciplinary design services for mixed-use, commercial, and residential land development projects, along with industrial, sports, schools, and other site development types. As a Senior Civil Engineer in our Loveland, CO office, you will provide overall technical support to the team and act as an advisor and lead on complex projects. In this position you will also have the opportunity to serve as a project manager and mentor staff.Primary Responsibilities:

Serve as lead engineer on complex projects and provide high-level technical engineering design.

Manage projects from inception to completion including finances, schedule, resource allocation, quality, and technical execution.

Engage with the client, external collaborators, internal Olsson teams, and jurisdictional agencies.

Elevates the level of technical expertise through technical design mentoring and training.

Promotes efficiencies in producing quality work.

Maintains quality control and adequately checks plans.

We have one current opening and will consider candidates interested in being located out of our Denver, CO or Loveland, CO office location.QualificationsYou are passionate about:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

8 or more years of engineering experience.

Must be a registered professional engineer.

Typical range for this position is $106,000 to $145,000+ and is commensurate with experience relative to the position.Olsson is an EEO employer.
