SEC Senior Accountant

We are looking for an SEC Senior Accountant to join our Corporate Accounting team in Denver, CO.Where You Will Work Our corporate office is located in the Denver Tech Center. Our office spans the top two floors of the building and features expansive views of the mountains and the downtown skyline. AIR values relationships and the benefits from working side by side with teammates, therefore this position will be in-office 5 days a week to support operations.What You Will DoPreparation and tie out of SEC filings, including Forms 10K, 10Q, 11K, as well as quarterly Earnings Releases and 8Ks as needed, ensuring all of which are in compliance with US GAAP and SEC rules and consistent with AIR’s business messaging.Assist in the planning, coordination and execution of the annual and quarterly SEC reporting processesResearch accounting guidance and prepare technical accounting memos for complex accounting issues and new accounting pronouncements.Provide audit support for quarterly reviews and annual financial statement and employee benefit plan audits. Act as a liaison between AIR and our external audit team.Perform and monitor SOX controls over financial reporting and technical accountingIdentify opportunities for process improvements and may exercise freedom to develop new or previously unused solutions to create efficiencies and implement change.Act as a subject matter expert for specialized accounting areas/systems, including training and troubleshooting in area of expertise.Keys to Success:Detail Oriented: You are consistently accurate, have an eye for detail and would always spot an error.Winner: You are driven and want to be known for your best work and working for a winning team.
