Our Direct Client in Denver, Co. is looking for a Scrum Master. The Scrum Master role requires an individual who has an understanding of the traditional project management tasks as well as the agile skills of serving the team throughout each sprint cycle. This person also manages dependencies with Architecture, Systems Integration, Technical Operations and Product/Commercial.
- Working knowledge of Agile principles; Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) experience is a plus
- 5+ years of Scrum Master and Project Management experience.
- Experience with managing technical solutions; knowledge of networking & infrastructure is a plus.
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, PowerPoint, MS Teams and JIRA.
- Experience with leading globally distributed teams.
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe for Scrum Master certification is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalently qualified by experience.
- Experience within the travel industry is helpful but not required.
