You will analyse client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilisation of SAP HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimise their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.Focused on relationships, you are building meaningful client connections, and learning how to manage and inspire others. Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing work streams such as monitoring for project issues and the ability to determine escalation;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in both functional and technical experience in Employee Central Payroll as well as all other SuccessFactors solutions;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success with identifying and addressing client needs;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in leading and participating in client discussions and meetings as well as communicating a broad range of Firm services;

Demonstrates thorough abilities and/or a proven record of success in managing engagements, dealing with the occurrence of unanticipated issues, preparing concise and accurate documents, and balancing project economics; and,

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position.
