Description Robert Half is seeking a Sales Assistant for our client located in Downtown Denver! This is an in-office, full-time contract role with potential for contract to hire.Job Duties:
Printing off and assembling informational packets for potential customers.
Stuffing and sending out envelopes for mailing.
Following a provided script for short pitches to set meetings for their internal sales team.
Comfortably making outbound calls to potential customers.
Setting appointments for sales team members.
The goal is to set 15-20 meetings per week and making approximately 80 calls per day.
Utilizing provided lists of phone numbers to reach out to potential customers. (No lead generation)
Must be comfortable on the phone and possess a sales-oriented mindset.
Requirements
Requirements:
Trainable with the ability to quickly learn new software, including experience with HubSpot or other CRM systems.
Highly organized with the ability to manage large amounts of data efficiently.
Strong phone presence and comfortable engaging with potential customers.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience with sales support is required.
