Position : Public Relations Rep - AdmissionsRequisition ID: : 30-16518Lincoln Tech in Denver, CO is looking for an Admissions Public Relations Representative, who will be responsible for hosting a broad range of professional education events and promoting the campus on several social media and equivalent platforms. Your primary responsibilities would be to stimulate student interest in the campus, and to create greater awareness in the surrounding community off Lincoln's programs. You would partner with the Campus President, Admissions Leadership, and other key Department leaders, to determine opportunities for events and promotions to improve campus performance. You would support all event planning initiatives, from planning through post-event evaluation. Pay Range: $55,000-$60,000Responsibilities
Create and maintain an event calendar, paying particular attention to identifying recurring events and prompting leadership over them
Plan, coordinate, and evaluate various events and manage all the delivery elements on deadline
Focus on building strong professional relationships with employers, community organizations, leaders, and other influencers, while ensuring positive word-of-mouth for the campus
Suggest creative ways to host an effective event and achieve optimum success
Negotiate contracts with industry providers and other partners
Promote the campus through social media and other press releases
Bachelor's degree in Communication, Media, Event Planning, or similar discipline
Experience in sales, hospitality, event planning or public relations
Strong interpersonal skills
Strong negotiating skills
