Description Robert Half Legal is currently seeking a skilled and experienced contract personal injury paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in personal injury law and litigation support on the plaintiff's side. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assisting attorneys with case management from inception to resolution
Conducting intake interviews with clients and drafting case summaries
Gathering and organizing medical records, police reports, and other relevant documents
Communicating with clients, medical providers, and insurance companies
Drafting correspondence, pleadings, and other legal documents
Conducting legal research and assisting with trial preparation
Managing deadlines and ensuring timely filing of court document
Requirements
Qualifications:
100% onsite full time
Bachelor's degree and/or paralegal certificate from an ABA-approved program preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of experience as a personal injury paralegal or legal assistant
Strong understanding of personal injury law and civil litigation procedures in Colorado
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software exposure
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
