Internship Program Overview At ServiceNow, we’re looking for students who want to learn, grow, and take a giant step early in their career, all while making a giant impact. To learn more, check out our Early Career Page! What you will do: As a Program Management Intern, you will work alongside the Global Partner Manager (GPM) and assist in the strategic execution of our global partner program. You will have the chance to contribute to a variety of projects related to partner engagement, go-to-market planning, and sales operations, while gaining valuable experience in partner relationship management and business development. Roles and Responsibilities Partner Relationship Support: Assist in building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders within our strategic partner organizations. This includes preparing communications, tracking partner activities, and supporting the onboarding of new partner teams. Sales Planning and Reporting: Help coordinate sales planning activities, including the development of sales metrics and reporting. You will assist in tracking progress against sales targets and analyzing data to ensure proper alignment with business goals. Market Research and Analysis: Conduct research on industry trends, competitive landscape, and partner performance to inform go-to-market strategies and business planning. Partner Program Assistance: Support the execution of partner enablement activities, including tracking partner program milestones, preparing training materials, and coordinating partner training sessions. Content Creation: Collaborate with the partner marketing team to help develop content for internal and external communication, such as marketing collateral, webinars, and press releases. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales Operations, Partner Enablement, and Marketing to help ensure smooth execution of partner programs and strategies. Event and Meeting Coordination: Assist in organizing and coordinating partner events, meetings, and presentations. This could include preparing materials, managing schedules, and ensuring all logistics are handled effectively. Project Management: Support ongoing partner initiatives and business plans. You will gain exposure to project management tools and processes while helping to track timelines, deliverables, and overall project progress.
